Defective or Damaged Products:

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Our goal is your 100% satisfaction, so we will send a replacement. However, if we are unable to provide a suitable replacement, we will offer a refund for the relative value of the damaged item within the order.

 

Non-Delivery Issues:

Refunds are not offered if orders don't arrive due to reasons beyond our control, such as incorrect shipping addresses. Please ensure accurate details to avoid complications.

 

Order Cancellation & Changes:

You have a 2-hour grace period after placing an order to make changes or cancel. Once the order is shipped, no changes can be made. Contact us; we'd love to help you within this timeframe.


Late Arrival of Orders: We strive to ship all orders promptly, but unforeseen delays may sometimes occur. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee arrival by a specific date. Refunds will not be issued for items that do not arrive by a certain date, such as holidays or special occasions. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled.

 

Out-of-Stock Items:

While we aim to keep our inventory updated, in rare cases, an item may be out of stock even if marked as "In Stock" on our website. If this occurs:

  • We will notify you via email and offer you the option to select another watch of equal value.
  • If we do not receive a response within 2 days, we will proceed with shipping a similar watch that we believe you will like.
  • In such cases, the customer will not be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund, as we make every effort to fulfill the order in a timely manner.

 

Return Policy:

Promotional Offers Policy:

Our promotions apply automatically when all required items are in the cart. If you check out without fully claiming an offer, we cannot adjust the order or issue a refund after shipping.
