If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Our goal is your 100% satisfaction, so we will send a replacement. However, if we are unable to provide a suitable replacement, we will offer a refund for the relative value of the damaged item within the order.
Non-Delivery Issues:

Order Changes:

- If we do not receive a response within 2 days, we will proceed with shipping a similar watch that we believe you will like.
- In such cases, the customer will not be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund, as we make every effort to fulfill the order in a timely manner.

Our promotions apply automatically when all required items are in the cart. If you check out without fully claiming an offer, we cannot adjust the order or issue a refund after shipping.
