Warranty

All Eleganto's products come with a lifetime warranty covering manufacturer defects. Please note that the warranty does not cover accidental damage, natural wear and tear, or staining. All claims will undergo inspection once the jewelry reaches us, and we will ensure to repair any defects arising from a manufacturing process that does not meet our high standards.

Replacement of items that are out of stock will not be possible. To make a warranty claim, please send us an email message with the following details:

• The original order number or the email used for the purchase
• Clear photos illustrating the defect in the product
• Description of the issue and any additional information that will help us assist you

Lifetime warranty provides for a replacement of an identical product.
